NEED TO REACH US? HERE'S HOW TO GET IN TOUCH WITH OUR TEAM

If you have a question or need help with your care, there are a few ways to get in touch with the Magenta Health team.

For most requests, we recommend using our online tools and written communication whenever possible. By written communication, we mean sending a message through our online system, depending on the type of request.

This gives our team the opportunity to review your request carefully and provide a more accurate, comprehensive response without requiring you to wait on the phone.

Not sure how to send us a message? Learn how to send a message to your physician, our administrative team, or from a third party here.

For fully administrative questions, you can also contact our administrative team through our online contact form.

However, we know that some questions or requests are better handled by phone. Our administrative team is available to answer calls during regular business hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Here's how to know which option is right for you.

Start With Our Online Tools

Many common requests can be completed online, including booking appointments and submitting routine administrative requests.

All Magenta Health appointments can be booked online, and no appointments are hidden from our online booking system.

For other requests, our online tools and written communication may be the best option. Prescription renewals, requisition requests, forms, sick notes, and other routine requests can often be submitted directly through your physician's homepage.

When Should I Call?

Calling may be a better option when:

  • You have a time-sensitive administrative request that you believe would be better communicated by phone. Please note that these requests should be non-medical in nature.

  • A member of our team has specifically asked you to call back.

  • You have a question or request that you strongly feel cannot be communicated effectively through our online tools.

You can reach our administrative team at 647-479-8410, option 1, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

When you call, you'll be speaking with an administrative team member.

Our phone team cannot transfer calls directly to doctors or nurses at our Beaches, Riverside, or Midtown clinics. Physicians are managing scheduled appointments and real-time clinical requests throughout the day and are not available for unscheduled phone calls.

There may also be a significant hold time, particularly during busy periods. If you’re unable to wait on the phone, you can also leave a voicemail with your name, contact information, and details about your request.

If your request can be handled through our existing online tools or resources, our team may direct you to those options instead.

Please note that we receive a high volume of incoming messages, and some requests — particularly medical issues, documents, or medication requests — may require physician review before they can be addressed. For this reason, our clinic may not be able to respond immediately to urgent requests received through online messages, fax, or phone.

We hope this guide makes it easier to choose the right option for your request and how to reach our team when you need us.
