As the demand for family physicians continues to be extremely high throughout Ontario, we have begun to prioritize patients who live in the communities that we most directly serve.

As we only have locations near downtown Toronto, East Toronto, and Midtown Toronto, with no plans to open new locations, our current prediction is that we will not be accepting registrations from your postal code in the foreseeable future.

We recommend you continue to search for a family physician closer to your home. Also, you can review the advice here about finding a doctor or nurse practitioner.

We understand this is a challenging task at the present time - we sincerely wish we had the capacity to provide care to everyone.

For transparency, here is the list of postal codes we expect to be able to accept registrations from eventually:

At this time, we are accepting new registrations from individuals residing in a postal code that starts with any of the following: M1K, M1L, M1M, M1N, M4A, M4B, M4C, M4E, M4K, M4L, M4M, M7Y, M4J, M5A, M5B, M3C, M4G, M4H, M4T, M4V, M4W, M4X, M4Y, M5E, M5G, M5H, M5J, M5R, M5S, M5T, M5V, M6J, M6K, M7A, M2L, M2P, M3B, M4N, M4P, M4R, M4S, M5M, M5N, M5P, M6A, M6B, M6C, M6E, M6G, M6H, M6L, M6M, M6N, M9N

Recent History:

  • June 24, 2024: Email sent to ~850 individuals from our notification list.

  • October 17, 2023: Registration has been closed for our Midtown location as we have reached current capacity. Individuals wishing to be notified again in the future should we reopen should continue reading below.

  • October 11, 2023 - Email sent to ~600 individuals from our notification list.

  • September 5, 2023: Email sent to ~170 individuals from our notification list.

  • July 25, 2023: Registration has been closed as we have reached current capacity.

  • July 24, 2023: Email sent to ~800 individuals from our notification list.
