Confirmation Messages

When a patient sends us a message through our online messaging tools, they will receive a confirmation message with a copy of their own message titled: Your message to Magenta Health: Your copy / A timeline / Follow up Instructions.


What if I didn’t send the message, but received a confirmation?

Please confirm with anyone who has access to the health card number associated with the message, such as a spouse or parent, that the message was not sent on your behalf, or on the behalf of a dependent.

If you believe this message was sent without your consent due to a lost health card or stolen information, please call us at 647-479-8410 x18 - please note this extension is only for addressing this specific administrative issue.
