Prescription renewals

Your physician asks that patients book an appointment for any prescription renewal request. Please use the button below to be redirected to your physician’s booking page.

If you are not able to secure an appointment with your physician prior to the end of your current prescription:
Please have your pharmacy request a temporary/short term renewal. This request should be made via fax. Depending on the circumstances, such requests may be subject to a charge (see fees), and may take up to several business days to be fulfilled though, as they require medical review.
