Magenta Health (www.magentahealth.ca) has an opportunity for one full-time OR two part-time support staff to work at an innovative family medicine clinic with a heavy emphasis on leveraging technology to improve patient care and access.
We are a passionate group of young doctors dedicated to delivering superior patient care in a warm and welcoming environment. We think great patient care starts with caring front desk staff, and we’re looking for staff who enjoy interacting with patients and the many young families that have joined the clinic.
We firmly believe technology and online tools (such as online appointment scheduling and patient messaging) can enhance patient care and streamline the operation of our clinic. As such, proficiency with computers and technology is a must, and excellent writing and customer service skills will be highly valued.
Medical experience or related education is not at all required.
Our clinic is fully electronic, so most of your work will be online or face-to-face with patients. You will spend minimal time filing or on the phone. Responsibilities will also include some administrative, restocking, and custodial tasks.
Magenta Health occupies space on the ground floor of a condo building at 625 Queen St. E. (Leslieville / Riverside). We’re just off the DVP and are TTC accessible as well. The pay will be $15/hr and we're currently seeking to hire for primarily business hours, although occasional evenings will be required as the clinic is open until 8PM four nights a week.
